About me…
Almost 20 years ago, I left the corporate world because I wanted to help community-minded organizations tell their stories. The decision to follow my heart back then made me who I am today—the perfect choice for nonprofit and faith-based organizations who might not be able to afford a full-time designer, yet deserve the high level of experience and strategy I can provide.
I’ve always loved using my creativity to change how people think about—and respond to—organizations. Much of my experience has been in the nonprofit world, a personal sweet spot where my design skills and deep sense of purpose overlap in the best way possible. I’m a graduate of the Phillip Merrill College of Journalism at the University of Maryland (yes, my early design days were spent laying out good old-fashioned print newspapers) and I’ve done work for a wide variety of organizations including a magazine, a start-up tech firm, a public relations agency and many nonprofits.
